Dream Motor Group Acquires Two Doral Auto Dealerships
Dream Motor Group purchased two major auto dealerships in Doral for $50 million from Bill Seidle's Automotive Group. The transaction represents the largest commercial real estate deal recorded in South Florida this week.
Dream Motor Group completed a $50 million acquisition of two prominent automotive dealerships in Doral, marking the largest commercial real estate transaction recorded in South Florida this week.
The buyer acquired both properties from Bill Seidle's Automotive Group in a deal that underscores the robust demand for prime automotive retail locations near Miami International Airport. The Nissan dealership at 10500 Northwest 12th Street commanded $27 million for its approximately 48,000 square feet of space, while the Mitsubishi facility at 10688 Northwest 12th Street sold for $23 million across roughly 47,000 square feet.
The transaction highlights the strategic value of automotive retail properties in Doral's rapidly expanding commercial corridor. Both dealerships benefit from their proximity to Miami International Airport and major transportation arteries that serve the broader South Florida region.
Meanwhile, luxury residential markets across South Florida demonstrated continued strength with several significant transactions. In Manalapan, Rebecca and Antonio Arcaini sold their oceanfront mansion at 1280 South Ocean Boulevard for $35.1 million to Pitchoune Life, LLC. Antonio Arcaini founded German food additive company TA-XAN AG.
The 15,900-square-foot estate features eight bedrooms, 13 full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms, along with luxury amenities including a theater, wine cellar, spa, and separate two-bedroom guesthouse. Gary Pohrer of Serhant originally listed the property for $56 million in May, while Marine Rollins with Miami Global Realty represented the successful buyer.
In Palm Beach, Victor and Julia Tolkan, co-founders and managing partners at Washington D.C.-based Penzance Assets, sold their residence at 449 Australian Avenue for $16 million to buyers Chris and Ann Cox. The Tolkans had purchased the 3,600-square-foot, four-bedroom property in 2024 for $15.9 million before listing it in March for just under $17 million.
Miami Beach's luxury market also saw activity with a waterfront home at 66 South Hibiscus Drive selling for $12.3 million. The 5,600-square-foot property, built over two decades ago with six bedrooms and five bathrooms, achieved nearly $2,200 per square foot. Sellers Neida and Martha Artiles had initially sought $14 million when they listed in July. The buyers were attorney Michael Holecek and Shrankhla Holecek, founder of skincare brand Uma.
Commercial healthcare real estate rounded out the major transactions with the Park Creek Surgery Center in Coconut Creek changing hands for $20 million. Montreal-based Brasswater acquired the 128,000-square-foot medical office building at 6806 North State Road 7 from an entity managed by Fields-Realty LLC, pricing the transaction at approximately $156 per square foot.
